Yes. No fever is a good sign.

Even stress can cause bad bacteria in your gut to grow and give you thrush

Thank u Shaun. As I have said I live in a small city of Bangladesh where duo test is not available.I read from the body.com high fever present in 97 % cases. So I think absence of fever is a good sign.

My advise is if you are going to take a test, then if you can take a 4th gen test -- it's called a duo test.   Sometimes it's called an ag-ab test.  You'll have to ask for it.

When it's negative, you can put this behind you.   Otherwise, given your anxiety, I suspect you're going to keep wanting to know if it is conclusive and if you take a ELISA it won't be unless it's 12 weeks (by the book).

Be well

i dont think anyone here meens to be krass .i think what everyone is trying to assure you of is what is hardest for us to except that hiv is generally not transmitted this way .also i think that maybe you could investigate other avenues of infections .have you tested for herpes ? epstein barr virus ?herpes virus can cause strange things to happen if it involves the nerves . bacterial and parsitic infections can cause strange symptoms as well.what you read on websites are just the typical symptoms of each infection but doe not always encompass all the symptoms that exist for each infection.many of these symptoms are relative to other infections.so that somen is why they say symptoms dont hold up against testing .

if i were you iwould probably start trying to believe your test results .if you can stop obcessing on hiv you might be able to narrow this infection down to the real cause .again i emphasize there are many other things that cause dizziness and nausea  .on a positive note most everything else is curable .so try not to worry so much .find someone you can trust to talk with about this or come back and chat with us here in some the other forums and maybe we can give some ideas to help you . bless you  .

I hope you find the answer to what's going on.  I know it must be upsetting to have a lot of symptoms, worry, and not know what's going on.

Be well

Somen06,

There were suggestions to you that there are other infections e.g. gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis.

And there are non-STDs that can cause symptoms like yours too.
They can cause symptoms.

Please try to think about the other possibilities.

Be well.

thank u thunder1122.I am also thinking so but I am scared because I am sure the result will be positive and in Bangladesh living with the virus impossible because the social stigma is very  deep.
