OCD or genuine risk?

Hi I had protected vaginal intercourse with a guy. Im female.however i think i freaked myself out about condom slipping off slightly and his semen can spill into me etc but i guess its my imagination cos towards the end he removed his penis and ejaculated into the condom so of course it had to be on him since the start of intercourse. Anyhow at 18 day mark i went to get a duo combo test. The doc laughed at me and said as long as the business end is covered u dont have to worry. But idk why today after almost a month since the intercourse i developed a rash. I had high fever two days back and bad headache. Doctor i visited yday suggested it could be dengue as i live in Asia. Idk if im over reacting. But i always play safe

Since the condom was still on the mans penis, even if it HAD slipped, as long as it was covering the head of his penis, you had (have) nothing to worry about.
That you got ill 18 days later I don't believe has anything to do with the sex you engaged in. I fear you ARE overacting, and I don't believe you need to test, but regardless of that, it is your right to test if that's what YOU need for peace of mind. Go ahead and play safe. It's your body, your life.
I wish you the best
