Really how difficult is it for a man to catch HIV of a female sex worker, in europe for example? (1 time vaginal sex)

In your experience how many cases of this do you know about? ?

I have heard it is harder for a man to catch hiv off a women and that many csw, take more care than non csws in protection?

You may contract HIV on your first exposure or your 50th exposure. Use a condom correctly and consistently and you won't contract HIV at all.
