Hiv from Penis rubbing up anus no penetration and oral sex?

Hello, so this happened last week I was lying down and the person of an unknown status started going back and froth on me obviously I was naked so was they but I'm certain that there was no pentration but still I'm worried, then I did some oral for about 10 seconds no ejaclation and I'm sure there wasn't any precum or not a lot  then they did oral on me, I did oral to them before and took a test 8 weeks later and came back negative. I just want some advice to calm me down I will take another test in 12 weeks.

Okay, we will help you calm down!  Your activities were NOT a risk for HIV transmission.  HIV is well studied and the ways it is transmitted are well known. HIV is a risk only if someone has had unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or shared IV needles to inject drugs. Those are the only risks.  Air and saliva both inactivate the virus. So, everything you mention that you did in this encounter are not risks for getting HIV. No reason to worry or to test. Hope that helps.

I also see that you tested.  At 8 weeks. You didn't need to test the first time so you certainly don't need to test the second for a NO risk exposure.  Save yourself time and money and stop worrying about this.  If you can't, I'd suggest talking to your doctor about anxiety.  Again, hope this helps.
Thank you for this reply you've really helped I appreciate you taking your time to reply, this means a lot to me as the information on the Internet isn't always the best
glad to have helped.  You should not worry any longer about this.
I will try my best, I feel better knowing I had no risk, you seem to know a lot about this so thank you for your help, Have a great day and thank you!
You are most welcome. take care of yourself.
Hi, I've been doing well recently haven't been worrying :) just wanted to check that the d*** rubbing around the anus as the person went back an froth was not a risk at all? Only because of a dream I had, I do suffer from bad anxiety and sometimes depression but thank you for everything your amazing like I said I've been really good the past couple of days:)
Seek therapy because at this point your anxiety is a bit of a mental health issue, instead of asking the same questions over and over - and that is after you wasted your time testing for no reason. This is not an anxiety forum so no one here can make that problem go away.
I'm going to see a therapist in two weeks :)
Seeing a therapist is important when you are not able to let a fear laid to rest go.  I hope it helps.  Anxiety is hard on us.
Hopefully I can start getting on with my life now and stop worrying I trust you 100%! Thank you :)
I've been to see a therapist, I feel much better they said the main reason I was stressed was incase your information wasn't correct but they doubt you'd provided me with false information and they suggested I do some meditation once or twice a week to relax my mind. Thank you guys! See you around
The first step to peace is to stop googling hiv cold turkey so you have more time to think about other things.
Helpmeplease10199, you ar so welcome.  You can come back any time and the site has lots of forums for health questions, relationship questions, etc.  Therapy can do wonders and I hope it does for you.  Anxiety is hard.
Thanks for everything
