I was in a Session for the first time with a dominatrix
She did not take off her clothes and she was wearing ( Tights High Shine Pantyhose Pantihose ) and I do not konw of she is HIV really Positive ,but lets assume if she has it .

I licked her boots , her feet but not direkt , it was jst over the Pantihose ( I do not know if her feet under it are wounded ). And that puts me in a concern .

She sat on my face with her Pantihose and my mouth was open so I could sneff and lick her *** and Vegaina

I licked her armpits

And I  licked her *** and kissed it alot but also over that tight Pantihose (not direkt)
And I licked her Vegaina for 1 or 2 Minute ( but also over the Pantihose )

Now I have a concern of getting HIV or any other STD ( throw sweat from her armpits )
Or  maybe because she had secreted Liquids from her Vegaina to pantihose , while I was licking it ( not sure about it ) , I can not be sure about it , because maybe her Pantihose  was wet just because of my Licking or because her secretions too,  but lets say that she did secreted it.

Or from  sniffing , kissing and licking her *** for 15 minutes over a pantihose
Or from Facesitting

That was jst before 3 weeks ago , and she was dressed like that all the Session

Is there any risk about me getting HIV or any other STDs ? Is it big Problem and a big chance to get infected, if she has secreted the Liquids from her Vegaina and *** ?
Should I make a test after 3 months ?

HIV cannot be transmitted like this.
Even if her secretions were on her panty and you licked it, you cannot contract HIV.
For future, be careful and I advise you take HPV and HBV vaccines, Just only for the future.

Nothing from all you mentioned, puts you at any risk of HIV. Your situation was not a risk situation.

Even when I licked und sucked  pantihose over her *** and Vegaina , that maybe has Secretions from her ?
That does not put me in that risk of infected by HIV or any other STD ?

Those are the same questions you asked before but you have to go to the std forum for answers on std.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.  
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make that encounter a risk for HIV. No one got HIV from the situation you encountered in 40 years and likely no one will in the next 40 of your life, so there is less likelihood of HIV transmission happening than of you getting hit by a meteor as you read this.
