Cold Sore a sign of my HIV after 8 months and 3 months negative test?

I have Rapid blood Antibody HIV 1 and 2 test branded Abbot Laboratories. One was 8 week and send was after 3 months of risky exposure.

Now for last two days I have a small cold sore on lower lip inside which is about finishing now and not feeling painful. Is it the sign for me that now I am late seroconverting for HIV Virus or in other words is it the symptom of HIV infection even after 8 week and 3 months rapid blood test negative.

Actually I have see on some website that the Physical reason of the cold sore come due to suppressed immune System so that is why it triggered me that I may have suppressed immune system and my blood started seroconversion in 4th month after my exposure. Is it the case.

You are great brother.

Thank you for your reply. Did the HIV symptoms show up after 3 months? Do you have seen, heard or some one reported either in this forum or other who have 3 months HIV negative turn positive later.
