Is this it?

So 5.5 months since this nightmare started and after every single ssymptom that are ongoing. After 3 4th generation tests 1 3rd generation test, 4 rapid tests and finally a pcr dna/rna I'm not sure which all negative can I finally put hiv out of my mind for good regardless of symptoms and any future illnesses? And because I've had the pcr does that mean I was never exposed to hiv, there is none in my body and there is no risk of seroconversion later?

This was done for medical reasons so I am just asking because ye have more knowledge then me. Because of the chance of not producing antibodies can I now be 100% sure that the pcr would have detected any hiv if i was infected? All health issues are still ongoing but taking all tests into account and 1 that looks for the virus can I forget about hiv completely?
thank you for your help
