I cannot help feeling too worried

I had unprotected vaginal intercourse with a woman, That was around two months ago, shortly after the practice, within a week or two, I started having zits/acne all around my face. At first I didn't care because I always thought that they'd appear and disapear within time, but this time I saw more of them on my face, which got me a little more worried.

What got me more worried, is that an old friend of mine badmouthed the girl I slept with, saying that she has had unprotected sex with alot of guys and most likely shes infected with aids.

I did a test after like a month and a half from the intercourse, the results were all negative.

But still I couldn't help it, I talked to the girl, I told her everything, she got upset but then she told me that she is pretty sure that she is not infected, and that shes never seen any of these symptoms that I spoke of.

Now I know I did the test too early, I should have waited for three monthes atleast, but I was too scared I needed to know that I am alright, which is why I did it.

I thought I would do another test if I felt like I have to do it, so my question here is, are the acne appearing on my face normal or should they be the early signs of an HIV or any other STD infections?

Okay, now this is getting confusing, or maybe I'm being paranoid? I don't know but I can't help but be atleast a little worried.

I have been having short breathes lately, it happened after having a chest pain and then followed by a fever and cough, both the chest pain and fever are gone but the short breath is still there, and I can feel lots of mosuc inside deep down.

I did another test which would be like 3 moths from the exposure or something? the result again negative, but according to what I checked short breaths and attacks in the respiratory is normal during early HIV infections, so this makes me wonder. Is it possible for the result to be falsly negative yet there be an attack from the virus? I mean I understand that during the test they search for antibodies and not the virus itself, so it possible for them to not find the antibodies within more than three months while I'm having raspiratory inflammition?

I went to check on the short breath, the doctor told me everything was normal and suggested that it might have been caused by the antibiotics I have been taking (I took Doxycycline for two months to help my acne) which caused me lots of stomach aches which I assume could be related, but I don't know, I would like to know what's going.

A month and a half is 6 weeks, the chances of your test results changing are very slim.
