Hey doc one night I got so hammered I went home with this girl to her place, and we had sex. It was insertive anal sex that only lasted for about 2 3-5 minute periods and no ejaculation. Then she finished me orally of which, I did ejaculate in her mouth. Throughout this whole experience I realized something was off.. Making a long story short, she was a transsexual, pre-op who told me she was on her period... So now I'm freaking out, 2 days later I get a sore throat, I go in to get a full STD panel done that day, I had only gonnorhea, they diagnosed me 5 days later when the results came back. They gave me the shot, a pill and the powder. Throughout the next couple days I started feeling better, then about 5-6 days after treatment(approximately 10 days after possible exposure), I got really sick. Bad sore throat(worse than before) aches, nausea, swollen lymph nodes, and sores all over my tongue.(I have been getting tongue sores for about 4 months now on and off, but this had been the worst breakout) and just general fatigue and lethargy.. I don't have a rash that I can tell, no headaches, no fever, but when I ask her her HIV status, she is very ambiguous(she is phillipino so there's kind of a language barrier). I know people say symptoms don't present until after 2 weeks, but I feel like with what I have researched that is just typically in general they usually don't.. but I just need to know if anyone thinks these symptoms and the situation sounds like I certainly have the virus? Or when symptoms typically present? Or if this was a delayed effect of the gonnorhea? I am feeling better now except for the tongue sores.
