Hello. Hope you can help me , please. I went to the dentist 3 weeks ago. I had a root canal treatment. I rarely get sick (last time was 15 years ago), but for a week now I have been suffering from a chesty (what i think) cough. It is dry and productive at times. My throat tingles, but does not hurt and is not painful when I swallow. I do not have a fever, nor any night sweats , headaches etc. I do have diarrhea (sorry for tmi). I am worried that i got infected at the dentist with HIV. I am a virgin, and have not engaged in any sexual activity, so there is no other possibility of being exposed by any other means. Could you please tell me whether this can be ARS and what is a chance of being infected at the Dentistry (they have passed all health and safety checks, I looked it up). Thank you so much.
