Infected Condom with HIV?

On May 28th a lady put a condom on me. Thinking back, what if the condom was already used and infected with HIV semen or other STDs. Would I get infected with HIV? Even though HIV can't live outside of the body... I got tested for HIV on June 8th and I am clean. Again, can I get infected with HIV with a used condom? I asked my doctor and he said i have zero chance. Is he correct? Remember if the semen is infected with HIV and still wet inside the condom what are the chances of me getting it using that same condom?

There is no such thing as an infected condom.

Even if I touched it with my tip of penis while wearing the infected condom?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

YES. Your situation is a product of paranoia and is not a means of HIV transmission.
