Is Architect Combo Abbott (DUO) reliable for every subtype of HIV?
Hello! Received my negative results yesterday (0,14 with cutoff value 1,20), but would like to know whether it is reliable for EVERY subtype of the virus? Does every subtype share some things in common like are antibodies similar? My last potential exposure was one year ago.

That specific test has an accuracy level of 99.94%, per one study. If it were missing subtypes, it would not have that high of a level of accuracy.
