Hi, as sandra has said this is no risk to you whatsoever.  I will just elaborate on her response although her evaluation is absolutely right.

As you have been told this is no risk to you, quite frankly his hands could have been dripping in semen and this would not have posed a risk to you.  HIV is a very fragile virus which is primarily transmitted when it never leaves the confines of the human body (even then it is not easy to transmit).  Once outside the body it is quickly damamged by changes in PH, tempertature and moisture rendering it inactive and unable to infect.

The outer shell of the virus has a shell and as soon as this shell is damaged HIV is unable to infect and latch on to the cells it needs to to remain active.  This happens within seconds of the virus leaving the body.  This is why transmission of HIV needs to be immediate and even then (if it has left the human body) this is still a low risk.

It is for these reasons that you did not have a risk.  The virus as been around for over 25 years now and tranmission routes have been analysed backwards, forward and inside out.  The siutation you are worried about cannot, will and has not ever transmitted HIV. Never.
