Mono is Mono, not HIV. Mono is a horrible illness, I remember it clearly. Get HIV out of your headHead and face reconstruction Head injury Head lice Indications of head injury Radial head injury. If you want some reassurance, you can get a test done at your docs office or at a local health clinic. Testing is fast, painless. You dont need to think for any reason you have HIV, unless your ex is a known IV drug user or has sex with other men. However, when you do become sexually active, most health care specialists recommend yearly testing.
Again, no reason you have to worry about having HIV just because of MONO. Mono is mono, period!
My boyfriend had mono when he was a child...quite severe... as an adult ...he has had it 2 times he says by either he doesn't know or by sharing a cig. and now says he thinks he has it AGAIN?? I've never had it...nor gotten it from him in 6 years...if I did I had no clue...I don't get sick often.... Can someone please explain this to me...How do you get Mono this many times? I thought you couldn't get it but once...& then remain a carrier? Is it possible to keep getting it...if so how??
