I was infected by HIV?

About 4 years ago I had a sexual relationship with a female sex worker, she told me that I would have started this activity a short time ago.
She had oral sex on me with a condom.
When we started vaginal sex I noticed that the condom broke and then I removed it from her vagina. (It was early in the relationship)
We were worried because this situation had never happened to me or to her.
At the time I looked good and the break in the condom was not large and had no trace of blood.
I took off the condom and washed my penis in time.
She had no sexually transmitted disease and no ax in her vagina.
At the time I had no injuries to my penis, and I have never had any injuries or other sexually transmitted diseases.
I never had sex without a condom or with a sex worker, this time it was sporadic.
Until now I've never had any HIV symptoms but I have doubts and have never had a test to be sure.
What is the chance that I will have contracted hiv?
