Oraquick HIV test 6-8 weeks. Please ease my anxiety!

During January of 2012 I had an incident where I passed out and I did not know what happened to me. I don't recall having intercourse, and if anything, I may have stuck the tip of my head into his anus for a couple seconds. I didn't really know the guy, it was a friend of a friend. Long story short, I asked him if he was clean and he said he was going to get tested and everything was fine and dandy. 6-8 weeks later I went to get a rapid HIV test done and it came back negative. Since then, I have been steady with a guy I trust, and I even told him what had happened and he didn't seem too concerned. He just recently got an HIV test and it came back negative. I just recently got blood work done a couple days ago and I'm freaking out that some how I am possibly infected with HIV. Is the 6-8 week oral swab test and the fact that my partner is HIV Negative enough evidence that I am too? I would appreciate a kind response. Thanks.
