Helpppppp

Ok hey guys here is my story I've been freaking out about!! About a month ago I had two risky exposures one Nov 5 and the other nov 10 the first time being Nov 5 was with a male unprotected I'm a female and we had sex for about 30 minutes and I'm sure he ejaculated in me which is stupid! So on November 10 I had sex with someone else cheating on my boyfriend and the first 30 minutes of sex were protected then I performed oral sex on him unprotected then continued having sex without condom but he didn't ejaculate inside of me he used the pull out method long story short almost 2 weeks later I developed a cold no fever no swollen lymph nodes just a cough that seemed like a normal common cold that went away!! But now it being almost 5 weeks after exposure my cold came back and I have really bad anxiety so I've been noticing me sweating a lot but no night sweats nor high fever but I feel hot without any fever I think I've been experiencing chills but no fever my cough came back like I was getting another cold I feel so scared I need to know does this sound like ARS I don't have a rash nor any other symptoms other than the ones mentioned my feet feel cold also and I think hot flashes I know I'm going to get tested I just need you guys help on what this sounds like to you I'm having constant chills and I think I feel warm but I don't know what this can be

You had a risk and need to test to find out your status. You can take a 4th generation duo test right now to get an idea of your current situation followed by a final text at 12 weeks for a conclusive result.

It is cold and flu season so many people who have it are not HIV infected which means you are wasting your time self-diagnosing symptoms. The fact that your feet feel cold (which obviously isn't happening) is also an indication that your fear is getting the best of your reasoning and making you naturally tense up, sweat then feel that your body temp is out of control.

When your testing window is over, take a test because it is the only CONCLUSIVE data for HIV diagnosis. Everything else is just your self-diagnosed guess which is why HIV doctors don't study symptoms before diagnosis.
Try to relax as you don't have much longer to go and there is nothing pointing toward you having HIV except your naturally untrustworthy imagination.
