concerned

I Hi I think there is.probably little risk here but would like some advice all the same. This morning I met a friend outside her house as she had kindly offered to take me somewhere. We got in the car only to realise that someone had put a condom on the window of her car. She got out to move it but only used either a tissue or baby wipe between it and her hand. She then got back into the car and used alcohol rub on her hands. I'm pretty sure that the condom was wet as the whole window was wet. Is she at risk from HIV, hep b /c or any other STD? And yes this really did happen to my friend and not me. I'm just trying to work out whether to say anything to her about it or not? I feel I should if she is at risk but I don't want to worry her if she is not.

Thanks. I forget to mention that she has eczema on her hands which often bleeds. Is this still no risk? I'm gutted as I had a latex glove in my bag due to a recent wound i had on my hand and I was told I mustn't get it wet, so i carried it for using the toilet. Wish i'd thought to mention it.
