Paranoid about getting HIV

Last week with an escort I had protected oral sex, then protected vaginal sex (neither one of us came), and then she took off the condom and gave me an UNprotected hand job til I came. Any chance I could have gotten HIV from this? Like maybe she got vaginal fluid on her hand from touching the condom and then transferred it to me during the hand job?

HIV once it hits air it is rendered inactive and will not pose a risk.

You never had a risk at all. HIV is not transmitted via hand-genital contact. Secretions would not matter anyhow.
