You are negative because 0.2 is less than the maximum cutoff limit of 1.00, and rest assured, it won't change in next 2-3 weeks. Majority of the infections are detected within 6-7 weeks and you are through with that zone.
I have read somewhere that such values are due to insignificant interferences and an absolute "zero" test report is rare. Key point is, it should read "negative" or "non-reactive" after 8 weeks onwards and you should be happy that you got negative after 75 days, and believe me, it will remain negative if you will repeat after 90 days of exposure.
