Possible HIV infection

please to those that are familiar with situation like this, can give me a direction to follow, it was 25-12-2009 when i had a vaginal condom brake with a prostitute, 10 days after the exposure i broke out of rashes and high fever night sweats, fatigue, muscle spasm and oral candiasis, i was advised to test at 3 month with which i did by ELISA method and the out come was negative to hiv 1&2 so i was given fluconazole and some medication for the spasm which i took religiously but the fever kept going on and off continiously and the candiasis become very nasty with more broke out of rashes until recently i began to cough out blood and i was taken to hospital, the hospital took it seriously and made me an appointment with an infectious diseases specialist with which the hospital wrote a later that i should go back to my home country until i am medically fitted then only i can come back for my BSc, hopely i was attended by a HIV specialist here in my country NIGERIA, he says he will see me on 15 of November to get the root the possible cause of the rashes, candiases and fever so that i can go back to my studies soon if a cause can be found, so please i am trying to get any help that could help me into which direction that will best approach to pursue.
