and also HCV, yes?
teak i know you have good knowledge in hiv. are you sure i will be safe if i get negative result 12 weeks(3 months) post exposure? i don't want to put my wife at risk.
Hepatitis will not skew your results. That includes, HBV, HAV, and HDV.
thanks,,,but what about hbv?
HCV doesn't skew your HIV test and does not delay seroconversion. 3 months will be conclusive.
i meanto forget about hiv if my 12 week test is negative.
1- i have heard that hcv can delay hiv seroconversion. do they mean acute and improved hcv that weakened the body immune system?
2-so can i completely forget about hiv after being tested 12 weeks after my first exposure?
Should have read the only risk was the unprotected penetrative sex. Your 3 month test will be conclusive.
You never had an exposure and don't need testing.
1-no it wont delay ur seroconversion
2-no as it was a lancet and unlike a needle, a lancet is not a hollow structure which can hold the person's blood without exposure to air
dont worry
