teak, lizzie, others ,delayed seroconversion?

hello,
some weeks ago i met a girl and we did these things: i received oral sex and handjob, facesitting, and we had a possible very short time insertive anal sex.
about 10 weeks post exposure i tested negative for hiv by rapid test. and i am going to retest at 12 weeks to get a conclusive result.
but my real concern is this: about 3 weeks post exposure i wanted the girl to get tested for hiv. i had a rapid test cassette and a lancet and gave her to get tested. she tested negative. but unfortunately my finger came in touch with the lancet needle after she tested by accident. it was a superficial needlestick. my question is this:
1- is there any risk if the girl had hepatitis (c or b) and it transmitted to me via this needlestick then it delayed hiv seroconversion time to more than 12 weeks ? of course i tested for hcv 7 weeks after this needlestick and it was negative. in fact will my 12 week test (from the first exposure) still be conclusive?
2- does this needlestick itself put me at risk for hiv?
thanks

Hepatitis will not skew your results. That includes, HBV, HAV, and HDV.

HCV doesn't skew your HIV test and does not delay seroconversion. 3 months will be conclusive.

1- i have heard that hcv can delay hiv seroconversion. do they mean acute and improved hcv that weakened the body immune system?
2-so  can i completely forget about hiv after being tested 12 weeks after my first exposure?

Should have read the only risk was the unprotected penetrative sex. Your 3 month test will be conclusive.

You never had an exposure and don't need testing.

1-no it wont delay ur seroconversion
2-no as it was a lancet and unlike a needle, a lancet is not a hollow structure which can hold the person's blood without exposure to air

dont worry
