Possible Rape

I got really drunk Saturday night and don't remember much about my wall back home from the bar . I'm concerned I was raped . I'm a male and I never had anal sex . I am married and made a mistake getting to drunk where I blacked out . I left the bar at 3am n found out I called a cab around 6am . I do remember walking and falling a lot to the point I have minor injuries . I don't think I was raped but I'm nervous about hiv. I let my guard down and I feel something bad could of happened.  I'm sure it's impossible to know if I was raped . I did not notice any pain in my anal area yesterday . I thought about going to hospital but idk wathe I would tell them . I might look crazy.  If something happened maybe I could take pep . Idk I'm nervous for sure .

I apologize I just wanted more opinions . I'm stressed out and I think I'm overreacting but the possibility is there . I definitely did not feel any soreness or bleeding in my anal area. Sorry for the duplicate question as u can imagine I am very regretful of losing control drunk . I'm just hoping nothing happened to me.
Should I take pep and go to an emergency room ? I'm obviously not sure if anything happened so would they even provide me with pep?
