Rash and Diarrhea

I am worried I might have HIV. I'm a 19 year old male who had unprotected sex with an 18 year old girl. I started having a rash last week ago (3 weeks after we had sex), now since last night I started experiencing mild diarrhea (as in I dont have to rush to the bathroom ever, but when i do go its not completely solid). The rash itself is pretty weird. It does not itch, and appears only for like 3 hours tops, Mostly at night, then disappears. It doesnt cover most of the body, just a section in the middle of my back, and it isnt a darkish color.

My question is simply does this seem like HIV. If not, do you know what else it could be? Allergies, maybe? Or maybe it could be due to me constantly thinking about it for over a week?
