Receptive oral sex with inflamation

Hi I received a short (<1min) blowjob from a ftm in an arcade. I'm assuming this is a riskier behavior. I had some inflammation of my foreskin due to a separate issue before this and some reddish irritated skin on my glans. Should I be seeking pep?

Thanks for the reply. Is that mainly due to saliva not being a good mechanism for transmission despite potentially increased suceptability
