What is risk??

Question. If I had vaginal fluids in my hand and fingers and I touched my penis head and also rubbed the inside of my penis hole, would that be a risk? From my understanding the penis hole, the inside of it and the penis head are mucus membrane. If vaginal fluids had HIV would that be a mode of transmission??

You didn't have a risk at all, so having untreated STDs doesn't apply to you.

Ok thank you. I am going to assume you read the question immediately above the one I wrote 6 minutes ago. The one regarding herpes as well.

Teak I read in another post that you said something like that an untreated STD would increase risk. Ok. I know I have herpes. Sometimes I get the tingling feeling. I felt on the day of my concern. If I had some sort of outbreak or silent one on the inside of pee hole and/or penis and I touched my self there with the vaginal fluids, including the inside of the pee hole (and closing it) WOULD THAT PUT ME AT RISK???

NO, NO, NO, NO. Yes it was addressed and answered.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

"it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host."

Lastly, after I touched my INSIDE of my pee hole with fingers containing potential vaginal fluids. I had to squeeze my penis head to open my pee hole. This was my stupid attempt to clean my pee hole. After I rubbed my pee hole the opening closed locking all air out. Would this create the environment for transmission because the fluids and  HIV would be inside me?????
Also, I am uncircumcised since I touched my penis head I covered my penis head with foreskin afterword. Would this a problem for risk???
This questions weren't previously addressed , please answer.

So that means no risk even some minute vaginal fluids got inside me??

Once the fluid was out from her it is already exposed in the air which means the virus is in.active already before you have touched your penis hole.

Last two questions. So, it would no make a difference how "fresh" the vaginal fluids were before I touched myself in the inner pee hole?
Or if, before my incident above, the girl that put the condom on me touched the inside of the condom and left vaginal fluids in condom  and then  covered my penis before oral?
Thank you in advance.

So are you telling me that once it is outside the body (I am taking that by host you mean human body rather than cell) HIV is no longer active?

Once infected vaginal fluids expose in the air it becomes in.active. air and temperature makes the virus in.active. Please take note that transmission of HIV virus is not as easy as 1,2,3. Once the virus is outside the host it becomes WEAK and IN.ACTIVE making it unable to infect and penetrate.
