Scared of HIV infection

Am a 29 years old male and was involved in an unprotected sex with a lady of unknown status in May. 2- 3 weeks after the exposure, i had fever, headache, joint and body aches for about 2 weeks and still experiencing mild ones
at the moment. I had an HIV finger prick test at 6 weeks, 9.5 weeks, 10.5 weeks and 14 weeks which were all
negative. I was later diagnosed with typhoid fever.

1. Is my HIV test conclusive? because i don't know the window period used in Africa (Ghana).

2. Can Typhoid fever affect my HIV results.

3. Can the antibiotics i am taking as medication for typhoid affect my results.

4. Is it possible that i can still be experiencing HIV fever, joint and body aches and headaches 14 weeks after exposure.

Thank You.

You don't have an HIV concern you have tested conclusively negative.
