Hello, i had a relationship with my girlfriend before 3 months we had oral sex unprotected for 1 minute and after 3 months i was diagnosed with stomatitis and today i have something hard behind my ear (no pain not red), i did a autotest at home at the excatly the 90’s it was negative after 3 day’s i did again it was negative the test was based on immunochromatographic assay so is it accurte ?should i do more tests?
