I had sex with a prostitute in malaysia on november 2011 and after 2 weeks i felt sick. i had diarrhea, fever, night sweats, loss of appetite, headache, fatigue, sore throat for more than 3 weeks. I tested using a rapid finger prick test after 3 weeks and came back negative, since i assume i had all ars symptoms i continued to do more test on week 4 elisa, and western blot end of week 4, it all came out negative. after that i waited for 12 weeks and tested using Genie II Hiv 1/2 bio rad, finger prick test.. which came out negative also,Thank GOD. After 12 week test negative i felt relived but after 5 months i noticed there is a lymph node swollen back of my left knee, and sometimes it hurts when i stand for long time, i also noticed a white spot on my tongue.
I want to ask you guys if i can rely on the Genie II Hiv 1/2 test and can i conclude that i am negative? Should i be worried about the swollen lymph nodes and the white spot? are these related to HIV?

Is genie ll 1/2 test finger prick test reliable..? And I'm scared about. The lymp nodes swollen on back of my knees
