HIV/ frottage

I am a gay male who is worried that I have exposed myself to the hiv virus.  My last partner is hiv positive, undetectable viral load and has otherwise good health.  A week ago while we were naked in bed I began rubbing my penis on his anal region.  There was no definate penetration however it is possible the tip of my penis just entered his anus, no more than the tip.  If this occured it was for a matter of seconds.  In summary there was definate rubbing on my penis against his anus and the possibility of minimal penetration.  Have I put myself in a risky situation?

Please Help

Thanks for taking the time to reply.  I  really do appreciate it.

I'm just worried incase the tip of my penis went further in that the level of his anal sphincter.  Not sure if this is even possible.

I know that there is no chance I ruptures any mucus membrane inside him but I am terrribly worried after reading about studies finding high levels of the hiv virus in anal mucus.

Also I don't know how much of my anxiety is self loathing at letting things get this close to unprotected sex.  I never even preform oral sex without a condom never mind anal.

Went would be the earliest I could be tested for hiv?  A negative test will remove my anxieties.

"There was no definate penetration"

No risk. There really is no such thing as "minimal penetration"- either you penetrated him or you didn't.
