please help is it ARS OR MY MIND

I need some advice ... im not sure if its anxiety or ARS, Even though the oral was just about 10 to 15 seconds and then we completed with a condom(intercourse)..
I am feeling sweaty , itchy on my body all over but from time to time more like tingles .., i feel not quite a hundred percent week and sometimes a blurred vision i think but definitely tired  , sometimes i feel tired , not sure if I’m losing weight , im too scared to weigh myself. My mind is on overdrive ...no real physical symptoms at this point , except im checking my tongue if its white but not sure what it like before , so not conclusive .... please do these look like ARS or is my mind playing tricks  . this is the third week after possibe exposure the date was 7/02/2010..

please help
