symptoms after rapid test

Good afternoon,

I had an exposure on 9/16; unprotected vaginal sex. After the exposure I had/have all the symptoms of HIV infection.
I tested with Oraquick Advance Oral rapid test at 7,9 and 12 weeks; the results were negative.
At 13 weeks and 4 days after the exposure I had a rapid blodd test at Planned Parenthood and the result was negative.
Today, I still have a white/dry tounge and burning/pinching sensation on my legs, butt, arms and back; light headeaches all day too.
Can I consider my test results conclusive or should I keep testing due to my persisten symptoms?

Thank you in advance for your help.

should I consider these tests negative and conclusive even they were rapid test?
No need for lab blood test to confirm?

Thank you!

You do not have HIV. Your symptoms are likely due to anxiety

Hope this helps
