Hello, everyone! I need some advice.
I had 2 sexual encounters, on 29th and 31st of October. Both encounters were condom-protected, and in both cases I don't know whether my partners were HIV+ or not; they both are sex workers, first one is, um, "self-employed", and second one is "employed" in "red light district".
You might ask, why I am concerned if I had protected sex? Well, the reason is — in both cases I was kissing deeply, with tongues involved. In first case I was also sucking my partner's nipples, like, a lot, and in second case I did unprotected cunilingus to my partner. Later I learned that in both cases I actually had a damaged gum, which might have been bleeding a bit.
So, on 30th of Oct I found something looking like herpes on my lower lip. Used some Aciclovir on it, so now it is almost invisible, but it still stays on lower lip.
On 1st if Nov I felt some disturbance in my mouth — there were small, barely visible white "bubbles" on my gums and inner cheeks (looked like some very mild stomatitis). My neck and jaw was aching a bit when I tried to open mouth. Neck and jaw aches disappeared after weekend, on 3rd of Nov, but I felt sore throat and pain in joints and muscles, accompanied by body temperature of 36,9-37,0C 1 week later. And then some rare red dots started to appear randomly all over my body, usually it's like 1 to 3 on one body part. They are a bit itchy, but otherwise they don't bother me much.
And there's another concern. Actually, on 1st of November, I had unprotected sex with my regular partner who's definitely HIV-, and after couple of days she also noticed some red dots on her body, which look exactly like those I have! She also had body temperature of 37,2C recently, accompanied by muscular pain, and pain in joints.
Right now both of us have these small red dots on our bodies. I still have couple of «white bubbles» on my gums, but I think they are slowly disappearing. My partner doesn't show these sympthoms in her mouth.
So the question is — what was the chance for me to get HIV? Can those sympthoms I described be a sign of infection "working" both in me and my partner, or those sympthoms definitely cannot be connected with HIV? Should I get tested for HIV now (if my activity is considered to be risky)? It's been almost 3 weeks since my potential exposure.
ps I'm sorry if my questions sound silly or stupid, English is not my native language; I'm just really worried about my and my partner's health, actually — I love her very much, I'm ashamed of what I've done; but what was done is done... I just hope everything is going to be ok with us...
Thanks in advance for your honest answers. And sorry for the long text.
