my situation

I had unprotected sex twice in the last month anally and did not ejaculate either time. Is my risk higher or lower or the same had I ejaculated? I was tested after the first time and was negative, but that was only 6 days after the test, When should I get tested again to know I am ok?

either ejaculate or not is still considered a risk (unprotected).
6 days is too early, test at 4-6week for a baseline then at 3rd month for a conclusive result.

A test after 6 day is to early!! . to have a indication of future result you would have to test at 4-6 weeks and then 12 weeks for conclusiv. Your risk as the giving part would be about 0,5% there would only have been a increased risk if the other part were bleeding then you chance would be 4-6% . And it dosent matter if you ejacult as the giving part there is only  a risk for the taking part if a person ejaculat and have HIV.

take a test at 6 weeks and take the stress, and anxeity away and then collect conclusiv 12 weeks.
