Test at 5 Weeks and 8 Weeks

After a high risk (unprotected anal sex given to a male) i did a Duo Test at 5 Weeks and 2 Days and a Rapit Antibody Test at 7 Weeks and 5 Days. As Dr. Jose sayed to me in this Form, the Tests i have done are fully conclusive and i dont`t need any Future Tests.
Dr. Jose is a real Specialist in the Forum and i think i can believe him.
My Question is, why allmost every Body is saying that a Test is conclusive after 3 Month

Update
I just came back from my Doc and all Lab Tests of HIV and STD'`s are coming up NEGATIVE after 14 Weeks!!!
I hope that all people posting in this Forum have the same luck I had in the past!!!

Thanks for your comments, I feel better now. However the Doc Yesterday took Blood for the STD and HIV Test. I did not realy like him to do again a HIV Test. Now it is to late and hope that all will come back negativ, Itry realy hard to believe but it is not sow easy.
It is good to wright it down in this Form and feels to get some feedback!!!

Tge doctor is using very outdated information.  3 months is conclsuive,  You don't need to test anymore.  If you want, seek out another opinion from a different doctor.

You're in the clear...you don't have HIV!!

I am a bit confused at the Moment. I did another rapit 3. Generationtest at 13 Weeks and 2 Days (negativ). Today i visit a Doc. in Germany to check my Body of STD`s. He tould me, that my Tests i did by now are not conclusive and he will do again a Test.
How is that???
Is there a Chance that my negativ turns to positiv?

The Lab did together a Dou Test with my rapit Test at 11 Weeks and 5 Days. The Duo Test confirmed yesterday my rapit Test as it was negative is well.

Hello at all
2 Days ago the Doctors found red blood cells in my urine. As they was saying it can be caused by HIV. Today i did again a Antibody rapit Test (11 Weeks and 5 Days after my risk) at a Lap and it was again negative! I did also a 4th Generation Test at the same time, it was recommended by the Lab because of the red blood cells in my urine.
I dont know what i have to think about my Tests :-(
Can any budy help my?

The official guitlines are different in Australia, France, Germany.....form 6 Weeks up to 12 Weeks!

3 months post exposure is when you can collect your conclusive negative test result and not before.
