Touching a vagina then penis
I had an encounter with a girl I met out one night. I got safe oral sex (she licked my balls) from her and then safe sex. I didn't kiss her or give her oral but I touched her vagina in the beginnig of the encounter on the outside. Then touched my penis on the foreskin too put the condom on. I'm I at risk for STD's or HIV from this act. If anyone can please help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You.
