Ulcer and fatigue and fever

What could be the reasons of ulcer,fatigue and fever and pain after sex?I and my friend ****** some boy who had/has
Multiple partner and u can call him as gay.After some days of sexual activity i have gore problem or ulcer plus fatigue and fever and hair loss.We have done sexual activity many times but now problem is increased so much.

Note:I have one more problem that even in ulcer and fever conditions i have sweat problem almost every time specially during the day.Whenever we do sexual activity,I fall sick why?and now ulcer is not treating.what should i do about ulcer?I am eating zantac 300 mg tablet for ulcer

What was your risk? Did you have unprotected sex? The "symptoms" you describe are not consistent with ARS, nor do they point to actue HIV infection.
