Hiv or anxiety, Help me please

I had unprotected oral sex in the US  from a sex worker on Nov. 28. I Ejaculated in her mouth and was done after that. No sign of blood on my penis in the end, no scratches, or any opening for blood on my penis as well. Also talked to the woman recently and she said she was clean, along with getting tested regularly.
Around this time I developed a rash around my armpit with itching. Before this many itchy bug-type bites around my legs stomach and inner thighs. Lots of bites on the thighs and now the butt including the butt-crack.The rash on the arm didn't didn't look much like it, just looked like Eyxema that I have had on my uper arms, just itching. It was pink with red.
I haven't had any symptoms until Jan 11th when I noticed a red scab on my penis with no pain. Went to the ER and doctor said it didn't look like anything but did an std test, all came back negative. I was also told it looked like scabies. I haven't had itching much now a days though. And the arm rash has started to recede. No itching as well. Along with this I have lost about 8lbs in a week and haven't eaten anything really since the 11th.  Also now back of tongue is a bit sore.along with being white. I have always had a white tongue really, and haven't brushed teeth for about 10 days before I noticed Thrush. My tongue is pretty clean now, been scarping with my teeth. I haven't had much sweat at night, but I get a bit hot and sweat a bit when I think I have Hiv. I haven't been able to sleep well at night, and when I do get some sleep I have a bit of sweat around my shirt collar.
Had a rapid hiv test at public health departmen at 48 days since the encounter. It was negative, but I still fear the test will be positive at 8 weeks/56 days, or at 10 weeks, or 12 weeks.

Symptoms:
- around first few weeks: possible rash
-week 6/7: Loss of appetite, Lost 8 pounds, possible night sweats, scab on penis, stiff neck for a few hours, lack of sleep, can't eat much, sweating when nervous, chapped lips, slight pain on tongue

Can ARS hit at week 6/7?

If it was ARS would this effect the test result at week 7?

Could these symptoms all be anxiety? And this is all in my head?

What are my chances of actually having HIV?

I am sorry for posting this, but I need opinions, I have seen soo many different answers everywhere, and I am afraid I will have a positive test in the next weeks. Is this all anxiety? Can my symptoms be caused by anxiety, there are probably thousands who post this, but I am afraid I may be the first documented cause of HIV by receiving oral sex from someone. Please help me, and thanks for all your time

Actually let me rephrase that question.

Did you ever see someone on this forum or other sites get a negative test at the 7 week point, then get a positive one later on?

Can ARS/Primary HIV infection cause false negatives?

What is the time-line for getting ARS/Primary infection symptoms?

On on this forum but yes.

Oral sex is NOT a risk so that answers your question.

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex.  The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way.  Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk".  There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".

Teak I trust your judgment, and you have been on here for a long time, so can you just answer two questions truthfully for me.

Have you ever seen anyone on here or other sites that have gotten a positive after 6-7 weeks?

Have you ever seen anyone get HIV from Oral sex? Also if its zero risk, why do other experts say that it is low risk?

Apparently you've not studied enough.

5 - Finally, in the public HIV Prevention forum of MedHelp, TEAK and the other moderators maintain that oral sex in all forms is a zero risk activity. Would you agree with this assessment?  I TOTALLY AGREE.

Best wishes,
Dr Jose Gonzalez-Garcia

So you can never get HIV from oral sex? I thought there were results from studies that its possible? On most med sites about HIV and many published papers they say there is a risk from oral sex.

HIV is not transmitted by oral sex. PERIOD... See your doctor about your symptoms if you are concerned they have nothing to do with HIV. End of discussion..
