Verify my risk

My scenario is that while smoking a cigarette, when i inhaled the air through my mouth to take a puff i felt something go in my mouth, i removed it to see what it was, it looked like a booger(sorry to sound gross), there were people present around me , so taking into account this was a booger from an infected person containing a bit of blood, what would be my risk ?? (Also that i had a cut in my mouth and the booger or whatever it was had stuck really close to it when it went in my mouth) if someone could please give me an accurate answer on this scenario, its got me pretty worried

Drinking water may be what caused this "object" to become dislodged in the first place.

Even if this WAS a booger and even if there was some blood in it from an HIV+ person, you had no risk.
Human saliva contains bacteria and enzymes that render the virus inactive.

NO RISK. NO NEED TO TEST.

May I first ask where this cigarette was, EXACTLY, before you lit it up and found a "booger" in your mouth?

Is it possible that a piece of food from your own mouth could be the suspicious "booger?" The act of inhaling could have easily dislodged a piece of food caught between your teeth or under your lips or tongue.

I will end my response with a quote from one of our HIV Specialists:

"You should consider nasal secretions to be NO RISK."

Hello, many thanks for responding, the thing is that before i even lit up the cigarette i had drank enough water, if it was the case of food particle then wouldn't water dislodge it ?(just asking), anyways as dr said considering nasal mucus to be no, is this regardless of blood being present or not ??
