Very worried

34 days ago I had unprotected sex with a female that I did not know, the next day I had a tingling in my urethra, it lasted for about 10 days, on the 5th day after exposure I had bad diarhea and a sore throat that went right away and started to feel slightly dizzy and I still do. The diarhea has went away, I have had a mild on and off pain in my ears, had white tounge that lasted a few days, I have had a mouth ulcer for 9 days, and now I have a bloated stomach, I feel like I have a swolen spleen, and I have blood in my urine confirmed by a doctor. Small sores are healing slow. I have been tested for ghono, chlaymdia snd trych twice, and a UTI test which all came negative, syphillis test came back negative, had a 4th gen rapid at 28 days which came back negative. Any idea of what could be going on

I received another 4th gen duo lab that came back negative at a little over five weeks, this is my last time visiting this post, I just want to let anybody out there know, that what they are going through someone is going through the same thing, this has been the darkest time of my life and it has been very rough, I have had literally every symptom and more, white toungue, fever, diarhea, dizziness, depression, mouth ulcers, I have had it all, I wish you the best in life, go get tested, you will make it out either way, HIV is very hard to contract and very rare, but please practice safe sex, I definitely will from now on, good luck and the best of wishes.

Since you've been tested for HIV and STD's and everything was negative, I'd suggest you revisit your doctor for further testing.
