long time deep kissing with sores in mouth

lfx
dear doctors:

i'm gay. 5 weeks ago i have deep kissing with another gay guy. at that time i have sores in my mouth and i'm not sure wether they were bleeding. i deep kissed many times with that guy within 3 hours. i don't know his status . even though he said he is safe and always has protected sex, but i'm still concerned.
i hear that in China a person was infected by kissing with infected people for two hours, i don't know this is ture or not.
  (1) if he has bleeding cuts in his mouth as we kissed in such a long time, will it be a risk??
  (2) do i need to have a test??
  (3) when ars comes, how is the fever like?? can the fever come at night and go in the morning or present at anytime ?

thank you for your help!!

Ifx,

You had NO risk for HIV.

Ans---

1-----No risk at all

2-----NO RISK means NO TEST

3-----ARS fever comes after 2-4 weeks from post exposure and last for 1 week ( 101+ Fevers are very common in ARS )

You had NO risk but you are feeling little guilty.. It is normal to feel but HIV is not your CONCERN.
