Where can HIV enter the male body?

Hi,
I have been on the internet nonstop researching HIV & STD´s and now, need some concrete professional advice please!
I recently (4 days ago) had protected vaginal sex with a sex worker but due to a drunken state the penetration was only ±5 times. She put the condom on me, and I believe it was done in the right way. I also touched her and believe there was some vaginal fluid still on my had when I took the condom off.
After about ±30min I washed my penis and hands with disinfectant. Can HIV only enter through the urethra and not also through the part of the penis that was not covered by the condom?
I am now super stressed about HIV infection. Can someone PLEASE from above rough description tell me what the chances are of HIV infection?

In the instance of vaginal/anal sex, where the man is the insertive partner, you're correct that the urethra is the point of entry for the virus.

The only way you could have a risk is if your penis was inside her vagina WITHOUT a condom.

Getting vaginal fluids on your hands and touching your penis wouldn't be a risk.  Transmission happens INSIDE the body, so as long as your condom remained intact on the TOP of your penis, you have no concerns, and no testing is needed.

You didn't have an exposure.
HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
