Window period

Is the window period 6months or 3 months I am so confused?

since i have not had an organ transplant so i am not on anti rejection drugs and i am not on chemo and i smoked weed a year ago this will not effect my result??
so i don t need to wait 6 month ??

lat time i went to have a HIV test on decmber 25 i did not see the lab guy open the syringe in front of me so i get pretty scared and thought of the worst
after that i got a test on jan 25 which was a duo it was negative i only had sex on oct 1 and i don t think there was penetration  and i used a condom provided by the csw i can i say i am ok or do i need more testing???
