Why don't you just go to test for hiv to ease your mind? I've been worrying six months ago.... it's just drive to crazy . After test, I am negative... so I moved on and find out it's something else that cause all the symptoms. That's mean I have delayed 6 months to treat what I supposed to treat. So just go get test, mostly not hiv... then go find out what's really bothering you or your wife... Good Luck !
