Worst case scenario probabilty

I had insertive oral sex and received analingus from a tranny in a third world country. I might definitely have either herpes or sebaceous prominence. I also had some type of wound on the outside of my anus ( fistula or maybe a normal cut). All of these activities were done unprotected. I washed  myself and urinated right after. I also took a shower after about 15 min of exposure. What are my chances of   having acquired HIV?

I understand that saliva is not infectious. But when the person was sucking me (with herpes or fordyce) and lick my anus ( with a cut) I was not looking (and the room was dark). What if there was blood in the mouth? What are my odds then?

Thank you for responding to my pesky persistent questioning...

saliva is not infectious...

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex.  The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way.  Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk".  There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
DR. HANSFIELD

"And oral sex is basically safe sex -- completely safe with respect to HIV and although not zero risk for other STDs, the chance of infection is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex.  Please educate yourself about the real risks.  If you stick with oral sex and condom-protected vaginal or anal sex, you have no HIV worries and very little worry about other STDs. "   DR HANSFIELD

"I am sure you can find lots of people who belive that HIV is transmitted by oral sex, but you will not find scientific data to support this unrealistic concern..."   DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread by touching, masturbation, oral sex or condom protected sex."- DR. HOOK

in the public HIV Prevention forum of MedHelp, TEAK and the other moderators maintain that oral sex in all forms is a zero risk activity. Would you agree with this assessment?
I TOTALLY AGREE / DR GARCIA

The observation on thousand and thousand of observations is that HIV is not spread by oral sex (of any sort).  DR. HOOK

"With regard to the question you ask, I will repeat, as I’ve said more times than I can think- there are NO credible cases in which persons have acquired HIV through performance of oral sex- none!!.  The chance that you will be the first is ridiculously low.  You are more likely to be hit by lightening while reading my reply to you. DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread by masturbation, through oral sex, through kissing or other casual contact." DR HOOK

"There is no credible evidence that HIV is spread through oral sex, with or without the presence of cuts or blood in the persons mouth."- DR HOOK

"Oral sex. there is no evidence that HIV is spread through giving or receiving oral sex"- DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread through oral sex."  DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread through giving or receiving oral sex"   DR HOOK

I have a few inquiries. Do you believe it is zero risk because

#1)- it is only a theoretical risk due to the fact that it is undocumented

#2)- though possible, the probability is immensely and unfathomably low that it is no cause for concern

#3)- or because it's just gosh darn impossible due to biological constraints. ( impossible like... A man without balls trying to bear a child with a barren woman)
If possible I would like the opinions of all teak, lizzie lou, and vance2335

I am asking all of this because the doctors here (and in other sites) ALMOST always quote the 1/10,000 for their reason of no risk of low risk. I do understand that doctors have a responsibility to remain conservative. But what's is that estimation based on? Also is that ratio reliable?

Related to that is-- I have read on this site by both doctors that having herpes prior to receiving fellatio increases your risk of infection by two-fold or three!?! Can you please clarify this most of all for me

Also my penis slit is not abnormally large of anything.  But I feel like it's larger than a normal slit ( please humor me). If that is the case then infection will get in easier right? So does this increase my risk? And through your own personal opinion.. By how much? ( I know you probably can't say, but it's worth a shot asking)

The tranny csw is from philippines in makati by the way... Chances of her/him being infected with HIV

Now now now... I typed this on my iPhone so please have mercy and answer my questions thoroughly. Took me about 15 min to type this lol after this Im done asking... Well I think am :D

So to clarify-- me receiving oral sex unprotected while having genital warts... Receiving analingus while I have a cut on my anus...kissing and getting my nipple sucked... did not in any way, shape, or form put me at risk for HIV? Thank you for your time and please be patient with my ignorance.
