Wwith someone who think he might be infected

by justtrying_man, Jul 02, 2009 04:31AM
I recently let someone perform oral on me.  We also rolled around naked and made out (that I know I have no risk).  I might have one point drank his cup of water.  Anyway, I got scared afterward when he found out he thinks he might be infected from his previous boyfriend.  I stayed over at his place that night and slept beside him.  What is my risk?  I am scared because three days afterward my throat started feeling slightly sore with my lymph node around my neck growing in size and hurting until a week and a half after the event before it started to not hurt as much anymore.  Even now it is still swollen a bit and my digestion is messed up the same way I am when I am on antibiotics.

Does you stance change if the person actaully might have it.  My illness is getting quite annoying and out of hand.  A throat that is slightly irritated three days following the exposure with very bad multiple canker sores in mouth lasting a week starting on the 4th-5th day with enlarged neck lymph nodes appearing as well, then fading and now followed by enlarged lymph node in the armpit and muscle ache and still some ear and neck pain.  I am really scared that this might actaully be it.  Colds and Flu don't usually hurt my armpits that much.

the "symptoms" that you are afraid of, are NOT indicative of hiv.  ars symptoms come at 2-4 weeks after infection and lasts for 1-2 weeks.

YOU WERE NEVER AT RISK...

the symptoms are either related to something else or are being exaggerated by your anxiety
