about condom failure

Hi,everyone.I have a question about condom failure.I have learned of knowledges about condom failure through many questions which had been answered by experts or volunteers.In free forum,no matter who asked,such as hole,leak,even didn't look at his condom after sex,TEAK always said"Had the condom failed,you would have know without a doubt;you can feel it;condoms fail they fail catastrophically".Nursegirl said "You would know without a shadow of a doubt if the condom broke.  It is very obvious.all you end up with is a ring around the bottom of your penis".LIZZIE LOU said "condom failure is not somrthing you must need to guess about".Rainover and joggen always had same opions.In expert forum,HHH and EWH sometimes had different viewpoints.EWH seem much conservation,though he claimed"when condom break they always break wide open leaving no doubt they had failed",he also said"If for some reason you did not see what was happening, then you do not know."(http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV---Prevention/Symptoms-after-high-risk/show/2059519).HHH always described more clearly.someone asked "if a condom rips the male will notice right?" I had a protected  sex with a CSW two weeks ago.After ejacution,I had a very fast glance at th top of peins(1-2s),then she took the condom off with a tissu.I didn't sure whether the condom broken or not.And I also confused what look like condom break?Please help me.

When you have a condom failure you know that you've had a failure there's no wondering if your condom failed. You never had an exposure.

Thanks,Teak.The answer is in my surprise.BUT your viewpoint is much different with Dr. EWH,sometimes also isn't with Dr.HHH.He had said"sometimes pople couldn't realise their condom failure because of didn't pay attention or drinking too much".
I worried that my condom had broken wide open but I ignored it dou to not pay much attention.
