could this happen at HIV primary infection?

I have NO idea what I may have. but I know my body, and I definitely have something going on.
It began after having unprotected sex with a man I've been dating for 3 months, but I don't trust him and am no longer speaking to him.

2-3 days afterwords I got chills and a very high fever of 103. the fever broke after a couple hours and wasn't associated with any other symptoms. also, that week I had a lot of vaginal discharge and my urine has also smelled odd ever since. that was a month ago.
since then I have felt SO sick. malaise, flu-like symptoms, headache. Just constant fatigue and feeling ill.
I'm already disabled by Fibromyalgia, and while these symptoms are fairly similar, the intensity is far worse and constant and gone on far longer than fibro/chronic fatigue symptoms do.

I know that he has herpes symplex 2, and  though it wasn't during an outbreak, I know I could still get it. that's not THAT much of a concern to me as much as HIV or whatever else is making me feel so damn sick all the time.
at first I thought it may have been that I had gotten herpes (perhaps without an actual noticeable outbreak), but I didn't think the flu-like symptoms of an initial infection would go on for a whole month!

I went to ObGyn and my regular Dr. and chlamydia and gonorrhea tests were negative (no presence of yeast either) and I'm assuming it's too early for an HIV test (tested negative 3 months ago).

it takes two to tango ! ! !  you could have chosen to not have sex with him unless he used a condom.

true. guess I just have to wait 3 months : (
and try not to worry myself silly in the meantime. it doesn't help that this man is a bonafide sociopath. which scares me all the more since he wouldn't blink at giving someone HIV or any other STD. and no, i didn't know this yet at the time of having sex with him. Hopefully it is something else going on medically that is unrelated.

symptoms dont diagnose hiv...,only a test will do that.
