unprotected anal sex with hiv positive gay

hello! i am 28 years old, considered bisexual... i have sexual contact with unknown stranger. ( later i found out he was an active gay sex worker, hiv carrier..very infectious). we did anal sex, i am the top and he's the bottom. our sexual pleasure lasted about 10 minutes or more. i didnt use any condom because i thought hes clean. i did this insertive type lasting about 2 minutes, i didnt ejaculate at him. I also did  oral sex (blow job,) i even tasted his pre cum fluid. Can i have a greatest chance to get infected even i tried this only once? i know my partner did this several times with multiple partners. its almost 2 months now since that affair happened and am really afraid to have a check up, denying unfavorable result. through blow job, can i get this hiv? if the partner is highly hiv infectious, he can easily transmit this virus even at 1 affair only? whats the chance that i am still negative for hiv? pls help me...i am really scared. am a nurse and dont want to lose my job....

Other forms of contact with HIV +ve person like deep kissing, unprotected oral, mutual masturbation and so on,,, (except unprotected penetration) are all no risk activities

You made a mistake. Being a nurse, you should know that unprotected anal (top or bottom) always riskier than unprotected vaginal. Anyway, what has happened, has happened, you can not bring the time back. Now what we can suggest, your risk is there but still you have chances to escape since not everyone gets HIV from a single incident. If you knew about his status within 24 hours of the contact, you should have sought expert medical help for a PEP

However your status can only be confirmed through a test, because this is the only way available. A duo test done after 6 weeks of the exposure will give you pretty good indication of your status which should be reconfirmed by an AB test to be carried out after another 6-7 weeks. We wish all the best for you
