HIV RISK?
I was tested at 2 wks and 4 wks with HIV PCR ...I know I need to test out to 12 wks but how reliable is that test at 2-4 wks?? Also can you get HIV from a needle prick from taking out garbage or cleaning????
You can prove the negativity at 3 months after you got pricked. When risks exist, that will be the period at which a negative result is conclusive by medical guidelines. When we say no need to test, that's because the result will come out conclusively negative anyway.
